It can be customized for anyone from a first-time gym goer to a novice athlete.

Trainers at The Gym usher clients through one of our training programs that has been customized to achieve their individual goals. The Gym trainers are experts at teaching, adjusting, and adapting form for every moment. Trainers instruct clients through the day’s exercises, assist in the loading/unloading of weights, correct form when necessary, spot every rep for safety, and motivate clients to complete the day’s training within the sixty minutes allotted. Trainers log all training data and at the completion of each program go over the data with their client.

When our clients purchase one of our training programs they are purchasing a plan and a training partner. Their partner will be waiting at The Gym every day to take them through the day’s workout.Their training partner will guide them through every workout and every exercise in the plan. They will help design an effective nutrition plan that works with their lifestyle.
